You can return any item for a refund or an exchange as long as it has not been opened and is in the original packaging. You must e-mail us first at [email protected] and it must be done within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
This does not affect your legal rights. You can either return items by recorded Royal Mail delivery or by using a secure courier service. You will be responsible for these charges.
