Each of our Spelt Flakes is made from an individual grain of 100% British spelt, which gets steam cooked, toasted and then rolled. Spelt Flakes are very versatile and can increase fibre, protein and nutrients into your diet.

They work really well as a breakfast cereal or to add some extra nutrition to your muesli mix, and are delicious made into porridge. Spelt Flakes can also be used in baking, for instance to top your bread or fruit crumble, and can even be included in salads.
