Steph ClubbI work with lots of different flours and having made Bread, Cakes, Biscuits and Pastry with this, I can certainly say it's the best spelt flour I have worked with.

SammieGreat, slightly nutty flavour, this flour makes beautiful bread, that is not only easy to handle but retains great definition during baking.
Also, I personally found that Wholegrain Bread, made with Craggs flour was easier on my digestive system. Not laying heavy on my stomach as other flours can. Excellent product.

MikeGreat flour - both white and wholegrain, grown locally, just love it, it makes great bread, cakes and biscuits. It really is great on the digestive system. First class, very happy to highly recommend this product.

Panny PighillsBread from spelt flour is easier digested, unlike bread made from cheaper flours. It also tastes delicious, even when made in the breadmaker. I’ve added Craggs’ spelt flakes to the dough too which gives a lovely texture.
