Flipping Fantastic Einkorn Crepes


75g Einkorn Flour                                    
2 large eggs                                     
1/4 teaspoon sea salt                
1 tablespoon maple syrup                                 
120ml whole milk                                   
1 tablespoon melted butter                                   



  1. Whisk together flour, salt, eggs, maple syrup, milk and melted butter                                             
  2. Heat an 8" frying pan and lightly grease with oil                                                                 
  3. Pour 1/8th of the batter into the pan,                                                                
  4. Tilt the pan so that the better covers the entire pan and cook for about 30 - 45 seconds                 
  5. Flip and cook for another 15 seconds                                            
  6. Top with your favourite topping such as sugar, lemon, honey, fresh fruit and yogurt.                                                                     


Make sure your pan is nice and hot before adding the oil and crepe mixture
